  This place is a joke. My mother has been out of this place for over a year. They have owed us a refund for over a year. We were told by medicaid that they billed incorrectly. We have emailed them for over a year now & no refund as of yet. My mother is in Hospice Care & we were told to prepare for her funeral & Cross Pointe don't care. NO MONEY YET. The Nurses were awesome. that is the only good thing I can say. Sorry to say my mother passed away 5/15/16 & still no refund or reply from Mary Anne Wood. GREAT PEOPLE RIGHT !!!!!!
